After the client's briefing for the profile and required qualifications and compensation to the candidate, generally the procedure is as follows.
First month, search and screening, the second month, client's interview. At the end of the second month we discuss final candidate selection with the client and client makes an offer. It takes one month before the successful candidate can commence at the client's company and a total three month from assignment confirmation to the candidate's commencement date.
It is our practice to search for comparable individuals who meet our requirements and who have established patterns of accomplishment and success in a position which closely approximates the position being filled. The candidates are also evaluated to de determine their strengths and limitations.
